On January 28^th, 2015 Michael John Berlin also known as Michael John of the family Berlin hereinafter “Secured Party/Claimant” sent a “NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AN AFFIDAVIT OF SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO HAVE AFFIDAVIT OF SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE RECORDED WITH THE COUNTY OF NASSAU, OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF NASSAU” (four pages) issued and dated December 01, 2014 by Michael John Berlin hereinafter “the Notice”and an “AFFIDAVIT OF SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE” (three pages) issued and dated December 01, 2014 by Michael John Berlin hereinafter “the Affidavit”, via third party Witness/Presenter to ONEWEST BANK, FSB c/o Joseph M Otting Chief Executive Officer or Successor Chief Executive Officer 888 E. Walnut Street, Pasadena, California [ 91101 ] hereinafter “Debtor/Respondent” via United States Postal Service Registered Mail Article Number RE 201 396 708 US envelope marked “Private & Confidential” and “FIRST CLASS MAIL” and according to www.usps.com and according to Return Receipt PS Form 3811, delivered to the Debtor/Respondent on February 05, 2015.

 

As of April 01, 2015 the Debtor/Respondent has failed to issue and have recorded or cause to be recorded, a satisfaction of mortgage or discharge of mortgage or instrument of same effect and notify the Secured Party/Claimant of same, and as of April 01, 2015 the Debtor/Respondent has failed to respond and/or object to with lawful and verifiable cause, and has agreed and acquiesced under due process of law to the Secured Party/Claimant/Attorney-In-Fact having the Affidavit recorded with the COUNTY OF NASSAU OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF NASSAU.

Pursuant to the Notice SECTION IV. FAILURE TO FULFILL ON REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES/OBLIGATIONS Debtor/Respondent is lawfully bound to satisfy financial obligations incurred and itemized on page 3 and 4 of the Notice.
